We work for companies regardless of their size, type, scale and form of business. We provide accounting services for companies and partnerships settling accounts on a general basis, flat tax, tax card and registered lump sum. Our services are used by sole proprietors, limited liability companies, partnerships, commercial law companies, limited partnerships and joint stock companies. We are licensed by the Minister of Finance to provide bookkeeping services, so our clients can feel safe and have a guarantee of a well-performed service.

We provide advice on tax services. Services include, among others: providing tax advice, tax optimization and representation of the Client before public authorities. We provide advice, opinions and explanations on tax obligations, prepare tax returns and declarations, and support in selecting the most favorable legal form for new financial ventures.

We perform VAT settlements for domestic as well as foreign trade. We offer assistance with VAT registration, record documents for VAT settlements, settle the tax and prepare VAT returns and submit them to the Tax Office. We do the rollover for both regular customers and occasional customers. All entrepreneurs who are active VAT or VAT-EU taxpayers can use the services of our accounting office.

Responding to the needs of entrepreneurs, we provide them with ongoing legal assistance. We help formulate contracts. We provide advice on labor law, civil law, commercial companies, intellectual property. We prepare draft corporate documents, conduct registrations with the National Court Register and represent clients in proceedings before administrative bodies and common courts.

We prepare monthly and annual settlement declarations and submit them to the Social Insurance Institution. We also update the payer's data in the Social Security system and report newly hired employees to the Social Security system, as well as any changes in the persons employed or their employment relationship. We send sick leaves to ZUS. We also prepare monthly reports for each insured employee. We also prepare corrections of transferred documents and documents related to the reinstatement of the deadline for payment of contributions. We control the correctness of settlements with the Social Insurance Institution.

Personnel and payroll is an addition to our range of accounting and bookkeeping services. We are happy to handle employee matters, taking them off the shoulders of entrepreneurs. Among other things, we handle payroll, payroll calculation, preparation of tax returns or annual employee payroll records. We keep records of vacations and also prepare contracts and all documents related to employment. We provide assistance. We advise on labor law and provide information during inspections from the State Labor Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution or Tax Office.
