A family of four needed a contemporary home on a steep, north-facing plot with strict height restrictions and a tight budget. Previous architects had declared the plot "unbuildable."
Our Approach
We turned the constraints into the concept — a cascading concrete structure that steps down the slope, creating split-level living spaces with panoramic views and maximal winter sun capture.
The Result
Featured in Architectural Digest Poland. Delivered 6 weeks ahead of schedule and 8% under budget. The clients describe it as "the house we didn't know we needed."
